The worst experience was today at Tourneau Time Machine, Was looking for 2 watches for graduation gift. At Baume & Mercier I found 2 great watches, They were the best choice, It was 25% off but here comes the horror. I was told to purchase insurance for the watches at $500 plus each for 3 years, since they are gift for teenagers i was told it will cover the watch if they are involve in an accident. I was like accident?, he was like yes like a car wreck, you know teenagers they are bad drivers, this warranty will give you 100% coverage, I was in shock...selling me insurance in case they get in a car wreck. I look at him and say , you are selling me a graduation gift watches and a plan to cover the watches in case they get in a car accident, he goes YES with a grin. I walk out shaking my head. Never again will i shop there.
