Seeing Spots

If vibrant stripes are this summer's hottest trend, then polka dots will be this fall's biggest rage. Polka dots, swiss dots, paillettes, discs, and other variants of the dot popped up on fashion runways around the world. While it's fun connecting these dots, there is a chance you could look like a clown if you tread too far. So, what's my ultimate solution? Polka dot tights. They are sexy, girly, witty, and perfect for those who shy away from big "trend–of–the–moment" fashions. Just make sure they are subtle and sheer.
