ALERT: Louis Vuitton Price Increase 2015

Today, I have some good news and not so good news for LV fans. First, let me start with the bad. Luxury goods giant Louis Vuitton will begin implementing their annual price markups at the beginning of next month. The good news is, if the European increases which happened last week are any sort of early indicator, this year's price hike for the US market will not be dramatically high. In France and Italy, prices on LV classics like Capucines, Alma, Neverfull, Speedy went up less than 5%. Call me crazy but after experiencing substantial price increases from luxury brands like Chanel and Hermès, a less than 5% raise sounds kinda reasonable, doesn't it? That is unless, of course, they're planning a second increase later in the year just like they did in 2013.
