Today is quite the day for Target. First, there was their pop-up store. And now, they just announced that they will be launching a scannable coupon program for mobile phones. Shoppers can opt-in to the program and will have the benefit of having all their coupons and offers organized into a single scannable barcode for easy checkout. So rejoice, Target shoppers!!
