Throughout his Spring/Summer 2012 collection, Marc Jacobs put on full display his creative talent for mixing up different materials and textures. Ginghams, sequins, checks, and futuristic plastics--shimmering cellophanes & clear vinyls--played an important role in this collection. The 20s jazzy vibe was also very present. If there is one person who can navigate the house of Dior towards being more modern & conceptual, no doubt in my mind, it would be Marc Jacobs.
