*SAMPLE SALE* Rodarte Now Open! {UPDATED}

The Rodarte sample sale was scheduled to start tomorrow at the Ace Hotel, but a fellow Mizhattanite sent me an email stating that it was already open and will remain so til 7pm tonight. Thank you Bushra for this scoop!! According to Bushra, "the deal was pretty great and most items were priced between $50~$180." She advises that Rodarte fans go tonight before the best pieces are snagged.

UPDATE: Another kind Mizhattanite (Thanks Taap!!) sent me more info regarding this sale. She states that the room you'll be heading to is 611. Clothes were from $200~$500, bags were in the $200 range, and sunglasses were $50. For shoes, she says there were a total of 10 pairs of runway shoes priced $350 (one in size 39, the rest 40 & 41). In addition, there were 8 pairs of non-runway shoes from Opening Ceremony priced $150 all in size 7.

  7. I'm really confused trying to understand how did they open a day earlier and how it was announced. Did they email people and change the date or was this a special note that only some people got it?

  9. The day before was only supposed to be for "Friends and Family," but word spread and a lot of it was taken even a lot of mens stuff by girls looking for their boyfriends or trying to resell at a later date.
