Bloomingdale's F&F event is back for Round 2! This is the second time in just over a month's timeframe that the department store is offering shoppers discounts of 20% off throughout the store. The Friends & Family sale starts Nov. 13th and will run through Sunday, Nov. 17th. As always, Bloomingdale's online promo will start two days earlier on Nov. 11th. There is a long list of exclusions. Moncler, for instance, is excluded.
