For Spring '14, ballerina shoes are getting the full treatment by receiving a "lift up". From Ralph Lauren to Alberta Ferretti to Lanvin, high-heeled ballerina pumps have been spotted on runways and I can't wait to try them come spring. As for prices, Ralph Lauren's pink version is $625, Lanvin's nude pumps are $1,150, and Alberta Ferretti's black satins are yet unknown. So, what do you think? Care to do a pirouette in one of these beauties?
