Julie de Libran, a designer who worked closely under Marc Jacobs, exited Louis Vuitton last October. She was in charge of the brand's cruise & pre-fall lines and her final collection is now front and center at the company's NYC flagship. Inspired by French architect & furniture designer Charlotte Perriand, Libran's 2014 IcĂ´nes Collection for Louis Vuitton is comprised of breezy resortwear that pays homage to Perriand's work. When I stopped in front of the Fifth Ave store, it was as if I was starring at a modern sculpture exhibition at MoMA. Have a look.
