Looks like they completely revamped their website. You'll want to contact customer service or use their online chat located on their website.
DeleteThe W hotels are pretty amazing, I've stayed three times at their hotel in NYC. Their rates are pretty cheap, compared to other hotels in NYC, and I got a coupon for http://new-york.hotelscheap.org/. I'm now totally going to check their store in hope that they deliver in the whole state. Thanks!
