*SAMPLE SALE* Calvin Klein Collection

A tipster wrote in letting me know of a Calvin Klein sample sale that's happening in Midtown. The sale initially started as an employee-only event but doors opened to the public earlier today. The tipster also shared a few details on the inventory. I'm told there are pieces from Francisco Costa's runway collections (spanning the last few seasons) priced $100 and below. In addition, the sale includes men's merchandise and home decor products such as bedding sheets for $30 and under. The sale will resume tomorrow at 10am for its final day. If you make it in, please share with your fellow Mizhattanites your findings by dropping a line in the comment section below. Happy Shopping!

Where: 205 W. 39th St. (Use service entrance)

When: Thursday, August 20th. 10am~4pm

  1. Thanks so much, Miz! Question - did your tipster happen to tell you if they've only got sample sizes? I'm not quite that size, and I would hate to run down and have everything not fit.

    1. I'm sorry, the tipster unfortunately didn't mention anything about sizes.

  2. I saw you post ck collection sample sale in the moring, then i went there with my bf because i thought the collection must good for men. It is sooooooo terrible, clothing all over the ground, every single pieces are very old, dirty and the style seems from many many years ago. I don't think CK company organize this sale. This is the worst sample sale i have ever been.

  3. Hi Mizhattan, I stopped by about an hour ago and I'm sad to report that it was definitely not as expected. There were tables of very random clothing from CK Jeans, to Paul Smith (if lucky) to Tommy Hilfiger and more. Everything was already picked through and the remaining pieces were barely presentable. There were a few racks of what seemed to be their higher end clothes but they're mostly gone too or in terrible condition. I did see a few interesting pieces but upon closer inspection, they looked like literal production made samples with open seams, half complete and without any tags. It's okay though. Sample sales can be a hit or miss. Thanks!

  4. Just a reminder that it is cash only. No credit card.

  5. My college bff works for ck so I tagged along with her to yesterday morning's employee session. The good wearable clean stuff was all taken by ck peeps so what ever is left is rubbish and unusable.

  6. Made a dash for it during my lunch hour as I work in Soho and was greeted by a grumpy security guard who told me it was employees only. I simply showed him this website saying it was advertised as open to the public and notified him about my friends who were shopping inside at that very moment. He continued to grunt and said I wasn't getting in. Rude and waste of a lunch time!

    1. So sorry to hear the grumpy guard didn't let you in and you wasted your lunch time. From what I gather from other readers, the sale was definitely open to the public. The guard was in the wrong and should have let you in.
