It looks like New Yorkers will be given one more chance (and probably the last) to discount shop at a Tamara Mellon sample sale. As you may remember, the co-founder of Jimmy Choo closed her namesake brand earlier this year and plans to relaunch in Los Angeles at a later date. Therefore, to liquidate leftover inventory, the company will be hosting a sample sale (together with Lulu Frost) and promises markdowns of 80% off on shoes, bags, and apparel. For astute sample sale goers, you should be well aware that TM's bargain bonanzas offered some serious discounts in the past. Since this is a sale from a now-folded brand, something tells me prices will be as good as their previous iterations. But we shall find out soon enough.
