Last summer, stateside sample sale shoppers were given a sweet taste of the K-beauty craze courtesy of Peach & Lily. With discounts up to 90% off on the company's premium skincare and beauty products, it created quite the frenzy amongst beauty junkies. Well, I hope you're excited (and prepared) for another installment because the Peach & Lily sample sale is set to return later this month. Yay! The event will be held on Wednesday, August 24th for 1-day only and will feature labels Cremorlab, Mizon, Caolion, Kicho, Lagom, and others. Let's just hope the weather will cooperate, unlike last month's MAC beauty sample sale. Also, since it's expected to draw huge crowds, the company has a suggestion for speeding up the line: leave any bags at home. Happy Shopping!
Where: 250 W. 39th St. (bet. 7th & 8th Ave.)
When: Wednesday, August 24th. 8am~10pm

By far, the worst sample sale experience I have EVER had. After waiting in line since 6AM, we were the first group let in. There was a snafu with coat check so they sent us all back to check bags/pick up shopping bags. In hardly 20 minutes, they told us all to leave. Keep in mind they had not even finished putting product out and new product was coming out every second, even after they started telling people they had to go. 20 minutes is not enough time to see the product, ask about the product, and consult with skincare experts on site. Why do you even have them if we don't have enough time to talk to them? Who can finish shopping a beauty sale in 20 minutes plus have time to check their bag and sort through their stuff? I get they want to keep the line moving, but 20 minutes is not ideal for shopping a sale like this and make INFORMED purchases. No point to wait on a 100 people line when you can't even shop properly.
ReplyDeletewoww...i'm not going then. That is crazy.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your post. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but you helped others who were thinking of going to it. Good karma in your next sample sale to you.
ReplyDeleteI second that, thanks for the heads up. Sorry about the terrible experience, I also wont be attending.
ReplyDeleteYou can just walk right in now. Worth checking out! No time limit either
