*SAMPLE SALE* Theory

Privé's autumn Theory sample sale is headed our way but, this time, the event will be held at Milk Studios instead of their usual venue at Chelsea Market (don't worry, it's merely a block away). The sale will feature women's offerings only and I'm told everything will be up to 70% off. The list of discounted merchandise includes dresses, jackets, vests, fur/shearling coats, outerwear, pants, tops, skirts, sweaters, tees, handbags, plus cold weather accessories like scarves, fur scarves, and hats. So, in theory, you should be able to get most of your winter shopping done in one-go. Happy Shopping!

    are there black leather jackets? whats the price point?

      There are leather jackets in several different colors. Outerwear is priced $180~$250.

    I stopped by today. Seems like a sale of their regular (over)stock, not a sample sale. I don't think I saw any samples. Prices seemed on the high side - I think $109 for sweaters and $79 for tops. I saw a rack of skirts for $229, but I didn't look to see if they were special material. Some jackets for $179, longer trenches and light coats that I think were $249. Shearling and fur were either $699 or $799 - I don't remember exactly. They had large bags for $249 and small bags for lower price ($149?). But nothing really drew my eye. Outerwear tended to be on the warm weather side (more like trench types than coats, but there was one wool coat I saw in gray and black large checks). As to leather jackets, there was a short jacket that had brown leather on shoulders and arms, and body was of blue marled wool type of material. There was 1 black suede jacket in medium, but my guess is that it won't be there long. These jackets were on the $179 rack. I didn't ask if they were restocking. I didn't buy anything. Maybe I'll go back if they lower prices. Clothes seems basic, nothing I found exciting.

      And most of the stock seemed to be xs or small. Very few mediums, and some large's but not many.

      I think you meant to say "thank you"? After all the repeated demands for information about black leather, you should say "please" and "thank you" to people providing you information.
