I had a feeling this would happen. Soon-to-close luxury brand Reed Krakoff will be hosting their first-ever (and probably last) public sample sale in SoHo next month. Previously, the company's sample sales were only for employees and were held at their corporate building. Back then, the sale inventory included RTW, bags, shoes, small leather goods, and other accessories at discounts of up to 80% off. There's no word on what types of merchandise or discounts will be featured at this 5-day long public sale but judging by their current going-out-of-business sale, markdowns should be pleasing to shoppers. Happy Bargain Hunting!

ReplyDeleteDo you know if there will be a preview day for invited guests?
ReplyDeleteThere should be but haven't heard anything as of yet.
Deletethanks, please post if you do find out!
ReplyDeleteloeffler randall sample sale will take place right across the street , starting on 14th
ReplyDeleteAny feedback on the RK40S bags?
ReplyDeleteI just left nothing good left in handbags or small leather goods...
ReplyDeleteI find it amusing that "preview days" are reserved for bloggers and the best stuff is gone by the time they leave. I've been a patron of the brand since inception and am sad to see it end. First in line yesterday and nothing good at all left in the handbag section except for one lone alligator RK40s. Save your money, ladies. Much better selection and better prices (85% off on RTW and shoes and for now, 70% off on handbags) at the Woodbury outlet. Everything is in pristine condition as well. Just give them a call and they'll be happy to help you.
ReplyDeleteAre they going to drop the price?
